By using mazagia.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a clear pricing error, or if we cannot verify the order. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

Prices

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay.

Products

We try to show every product accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. Handmade items can have small differences in stitch and shade, which make each piece unique.

Payment

For orders in Pakistan, 50% of the order amount is paid in advance to confirm the order, and the remaining 50% is paid when the order is dispatched. Full details are in our Payment Policy.
