Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within Pakistan. International delivery is coming soon. If you are outside Pakistan, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are shown on each product page and at checkout before you pay. For our crochet dresses, delivery is included in the price.

Processing time

Every dress is crocheted by hand after you order. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for crafting before your order is dispatched.

Delivery time

After dispatch, courier delivery inside Pakistan usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your city. Remote areas may take longer.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will send you the courier name and tracking number by email (or phone, if you prefer).

Payment

For orders in Pakistan we take 50% advance before we start crocheting, and the remaining 50% once your order is dispatched . Please see our Payment Policy for details.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because the customer could not be reached, re-delivery charges may apply.
